The Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club will be accepting bids for the Snow Removal services for the following areas for the 2026-2027 season (Bidders are encouraged to call the Asset manager to discuss specifics before bidding):

Road; miles; width to maintain
• East Beach Rd; 0.6 Miles; 16’
• Middle Beach Rd; 0.8 Miles (includes spur rd); 16’
• West Beach Rd; 2.7 Miles; 17’
• Arnold Rd; 0.4 Miles; 17’
• East River; 1.3 Miles; 16’
• Middle River; 0.3 Miles; 16’
• West River; 0.7 Miles; 16’

Requirements:
• Season will run approximately November 1st to May 1st
• Service should include Snow removal from the above listed roads.
• Frequency will be based on established criteria and on call basis.
o Provide ample turn around space at the end of each road.
o 4” of snow or more
o Slushy roads will be an on call basis
o Roads should be clear by 10 am
o Snow should be plowed away from the driveways
o Sanding will be required at all corners, stop signs and prior to the turn arounds as needed. (using a sand/salt mixture)
o You will be required to removal all trees or brush that restrict travel on the roads.
o For on call basis you will be required to respond within 2 hours or less.
       We will need what your price is for the on call basis
o Will there be an upcharge if less than the 7 locations?

• Contractors provide their own equipment and should provide equipment list with bid
• Bid should reflect per location and per service date price
• Invoices will be paid within 10 working days
• Winning bidder will need to provide proof of insurance and maintain current, on file
• Winning bidder will need to have a completed W9 Form on file
